Always friendly service, fast delivery and good pricing. The place to go for electrical goods in stawell. Have been using them for work and personal purchasing and never been let down yet. Definately better than anywhere else i've been.

Was decent service, now the staff come across rudely and also the replacement TV from December literally just went bang ( noise ) and now won't even turn on wtH " will give 5 stars again when this issue is resolved.Decent service and takes responsibility for the items they sell. Excellent appliance store where with the help given by Ryan a young salesman assisted us in the purchase of an oven and range hood. He was such a gentleman and very knowledgeable who went out of his way to order an oven from Melbourne that was not from one of their regular suppliers. He is such a great asset for your company and we now know where to come for appliances we may need for our two rental homes in Stawell. A big thankyou Ryan.

We live three hours from this store but have a holiday house close and emailed a query about some new kitchen appliances. They staff member was extremely fast to reply with the quote and arranged everything for us including being able to keep the products in store for us and delivery when we are ready. Could not fault the customer service, excellent to deal with.
