Have been going to this gym for years. It’s great and they recently upgraded the machines. I think I prefer the old brand but that’s just my taste. Keep it up guys

Not a Pham of Thomas. It's true he interrogates you when you sign up but everyone else is friendly in this gym. Some equipment get broken sometimes and takes ages to fix but overall, it's an okay gym with very good staff and people. I only come here because it's the closest gym. Susan needs a pay rise.

Awesome gym to pump your workouts in as it’s really welcoming and a friendly environment. Staffs are all really friendly and also really helpful when needed!!. Overall i really recommend this gym if you’re looking for one to train in!!

The classes are excellent here ! Especially the trainer Andrew, he always tries to push you and is always welcoming. I have progress so much in the past years and it wouldn’t have been without Andrew. The new trainer Sally is great as well and very attentive.
