I ordered a gazebo on Dec 5th, got no instruction on when to expect it but the money transfered. Received it on Dec 12th in Mt Gambier. Excellent sevice thankyou.

Cheap price and cheap quality . We purchased a camper trailer (new) the tent came with small holes in the canvas. We met the rep and he also told us it is how it is and they would not rectify! After alot of unhappy conversations the retailer replaced the faulty tent for us. Oztrail didnt accept any responsibility at all. The cheaper price reflects the quality ....be prepared for that.

No stock of anything gazebo wise..aus wide.When I called to ask what was happeningthe response was pretty arrogant.I feel like many of the retailers will be heading in a new direction with another supplier and range. Good luck.

Picked up a tent & air bed from there warehouse, staff seem really nice and helpful. Will definitely deal with them in the future

We purchased a Hydroflow Gazebo. Has been used for a total of 4 weeks in 1st year. Followed the instructions before first use.First drop on rain and it leaks all over. Was told by the very unhelpful Ben that it’s not designed for rain (not sure why it’s a Hydroflow with special arms in corners then to stop the rain from pooling in the corners).Said nothing they could do as now over a year old, even though I rang the supplier to report the issue before warranty period was up.Basically paid over $400 for a gazebo that doesn’t even last 4 weeks of use.

Insists on full margins for spare parts. $350 for a replacement fly when the 6p Lumos tent is $450 on promo. That is a terrible practice and no way to retain customers. Operating margins I'd understand but you should not be profiting off spare parts guys.

Discovered this company used photos from photographer Tim Burke without his permission for a commercial as campaign and refuses to fairly compensate the individual for his intellectual property.I can only imagine how happy they would be if someone walked into their warehouse and helped themselves to products off the shelf in the same manner. Shame on you.

Fast frame tourer leaked (flooded) on all walls on first night of light intermittent rain which was just 33 time the tent was used.This tent is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and selling it is in breach of Trade Practices Act 1974 as amended.Worthless and no response from OZTRAIL who it seems don’t give a stuff.

Bought a 6x6 maxi gazebo off of The shade wholesalers and after 6 months the gazebo fell apart. Breaking legs, arms and the shade roof already decaying from UV. Spoke to the rep and in a kinder way told me to shove it and it doesn't constitute a warranty. All guidelines were met used and packed away daily no reason to not be fixed or replaced. But the rep made his own assumption that it had been abused with no proof and evidence to back his findings. Will never touch a oztrail product again. I would suggest buying a Kings, cheaper, better and nicer people to work with.

Hi..have brought the 3x3 marquee for years but oddly now they sell **without** the clips! Be careful if buying as a market goer as these will now blow off in the wind.The decision maker at oztrail should consider career options as we now need to take to tent repair place to pay to attach the clips - see pic for the clips that are missing. Really?
