Annoying because I went in to view cars and they recommended a Mazda diesel and that they had some orders coming in 6 months time. I wasn't sure if I would be approved for finance and they asked me to leave a deposit of $200 saying that I would be able to receive the deposit back. Then I ended up relocating overseas and they emailed me asking for my bank details so they could refund me the deposit. I initially didn't even ask for the deposit back. Then all they did was fob me off, they never returned the deposit even though they asked me for my bank details. So a very big pass on ALL future mazda purchases!

Bought a new Mazda 3...the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. There is a real focus on customer service at this dealership. Even though it was clearly a very busy time, (they were the only place on the GC with reasonable delivery times), everyone we had contact with seemed to make us their priority. Thankyou Ross(Sales), Tiarne(Finance) and Kyle(Delivery) for everything. Love the car too!

Very attentive to feedback. My last service request in Dec was pushed to end of Jan, a date when I was going overseas. If I forego, that's another month later. So had to trouble a friend to get the service done, and I left a feedback asking to send early notification if it was busy time. But today, Mazda texted my booking for the next service in November 2023..I feel heard.they give my Mazda a shower and vacuum too during the last service. Thank you, appreciate that. Will recommend Mazda Southport to everyone

Got my car in for a warranty claim, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, had it sorted all within a reasonable time frame. Offered me a car to take for the day but wasn't required - really impressed with the service at Southport Mazda. Hope to buy another Mazda in the future!

Recently purchased the Cx-3 from Southport Mazda I couldn’t speak highly enough about the team and special mention to Olena she was fantastic to deal with. No pushy sales tactics just genuine informative customer service. Regular updates on when the car would be ready to collect even on her days off she would take the time to reply to my emails. Customer service was a 10/10

Sharing my review of the servicing department because of the exception service from Tom. He was professional, friendly and helpful. Facilities are spotless and coffee machine perfect. Drive up handover is very convenient and having a clean car returned is a nice touch. However it was the thoughtfulness and professional approach from. Tom that stood out. Thank you.
