I was fortunate enough to have caught Coach Lester and his Assistant Coach Sarah in Singapore. I’ve been a coach for 9 years and it was a mind-blowing experience learning from them. Greatest take away for me was being able to experience how theory carried over to practice in olympic weightlifting. There is so much to learn and I will definitely do it again!

Anyone who knows me, knows that the gym and the people and bonds that I’ve made there have kept me sane and have been the major source of my socialisation during my candidature. Love training here! Even though a weightlifting gym, we do varying workouts and sometimes includes cardio and mobility sessions. Coaches are great in changing up our programs to suit our personal goals. Great communication and community support here! The gym even gave us a welcome back pack (re closure during covid months) including hand sanitiser, LIN8 gym straps voucher, personal mobility ball, personal chalk! Beautiful new space, congrats! Thank you!
