Terrible Customer service, the worst freight company that you could rely on. If you book these guys, think twice. Doesn't worth it!!!

We have delivered the freezer today, and I was extremely disappointed on how ECFD work. Firstly, they put my package outside the restaurant and right on the pedestrian lane. Secondly, the weather all this week is supposed to be mostly rain, and my freezer can be wet and broken down. In addition, I have gently asked them to help us moving the freezer to under cover areas, because it may be rain anytime today. However, the delivery's guy told us that this was our job to move the package, and it was tremendous easily moving the freezer into the restaurant. the freezer on the pallet, however, it was locked and did not have any way to move it out of the pallet. the package is very heavy and 4 person try to move it out, but it cannot do. In conclusion, the customer service is very very very bad, and I would not recommended to my friends. I cannot believe the way that the big company treat their customer like that.

Easy to book, always answer texts and calls immediately. Good people to deal with. Flexible pickup and return options.
