Extremely disappointing. 1) I need to follow up on a note I had sent previosuly (poor), and b) I opened some wine I had bought over 12 months earlier. The wine was fizzy and tasted off. I've never had wine like that before and Get Wines wouldn't do anything as it was over 12 months since it was purchased. My other wine, some of which I have held for over 10 years is fine, so it is not the storage of the wine, rather poor wine itself, but not even a sorry from Get Wines Direct.

Attempted to purchase for the first time with an advertised discount of 20%, order was subsequently cancelled and I was advised the item was not available, foolishly, the following day I attempted to purchase a different wine only for the same thing to happen again. It suggests false advertising at best.

Good explanations of wines and free tastings. Some good wines here and also bargains.Was better when they had the wine bottles in the middle of the room on tables so you could actually look at the wine and properly choose what you want.Putting them behind the bar is a bit of a boring move.

Had many problems with this company, not the wine itself, no problem there, but the time it takes for them to post it ! Currently 8th of May, and still waiting for an order from April 20. Blame Australia post, but an investigation revealed not posted until May 5.
