Always well pleased by the service. I bought light gloves for my 4x4 Nissan Navarra and Tim replaced the Headlights for me.Highly recommend their service.

Friendly and responsible staff makes it a great place to buy car accessories. I was looking to replace my car battery there and got an excellent service. They also installed my battery at cost of 15$

That's why I'll always return to Autobarn in Cranbourne Homemaker Centre. Every time I need help, they do it so well!!! Thanks especially to Dino for helping me with my car, and for speaking up for me in the carpark Today. This store has a Service that is Second To None!!!Their Prices Are Affordable, the Availability of Stock is Great, and All The Staff that I have encountered make me feel Welcome, Validated and Important. . . Worst people and customer service I have experianced.Most of them think as if they are doing a favour by serving the customers.Had a bad experiance this year.I admit this store was very good in past but not now.

Knowledgeable and super helpful.If your headlight/ bulb needed replacing, look for Brayden and he'll sort you out. He not only pointed me to the perfect bulb for my car, but he installed it for me at no extra charge. I would have spent triple amount I paid (at least) if I waited for it to be replaced at my car dealership. Highly recommended.

Autobarn were great, I was looking for a product and Seb the young man on the cash out asked if he could help. They did not have in stock the product I wanted so checked on his computer and rang the Cranbourne and asked them to hold product for me and then went to the trouble of writing everything down for me. Seb was extremely helpful and polite as was “I presume” his manager. Highly recommend.

Staff give wrong information about batteries. They take two days to charge a battery. Not a good service. And they have charge extra to install the battery without even saying it. Disappointed!!!!!
