I'd say poor service but there was none at all. This afternoon: 3 staff members and I was the only customer in the shop. They just stood behind the counter deep in their own non-work related conversation. I gave it a few minutes but none were interested in trying to help so I left. By then someone else came in and was similarly ignored.

Came in earlier this week looking for some gym gear, was after something specific and the lady that assisted me was amazing. She was really understanding, helped me with exactly what I needed and the best customer service I've ever had in a retail store (even knew my size better than I did).I didn't catch her name but really wanted to shout out the amazing service at this store.Will definitely be back for more gym gear!
