Very poor customer service from one of the mechanics, who wouldn’t listen to my partner explain the works that had been done to the car so that we could piece the issue together and try resolve it without wasting too much of their time and our money. The mechanic even assumed a very patronising tone towards us over the phone saying “Listen Sunshine” to a grown man. What a shame.. the other day I dealt with one of his colleagues who was a gem. Unfortunately, we won’t be back and do not recommend this business. Politeness and kindness first, especially when a client has been trying to save you from ordering unnecessary parts and wasting labour time on a problem that doesn’t need to be addressed.

Good old fashioned driveway service with a smile and friendly advice. I've also brought tyres there for my classic cars and mum's car also. I can't speak more highly of the people that run this servo

This is the best place in Ballarat to have your car serviced by far. Honest, down to earth mechanics who take good old fashioned care of their customers. Thanks guys, we'll see you for yet another service in 6 months.

Poor customer service, parts not ordered when said they were, jobs overlooked & not done.When I advised I was going elsewhere, I was sworn at & abused. Would give less than 1 ☆ if possible
