Really helpful and friendly staff!! Short waiting times and also a price matching chemist even better! I moved suburbs recently but still come back to this chemist because it’s the best!

The pharmacist totally ignored me then served 2 people, chatting with one. She then went to the computer still ignoring me. When I said excuse me can I please get served" she put her finger up & proceeded to get another item from the shelf. I then lost it. Not good enough."

The staff especially the pharmacists are extremely helpful and professional

Just want to say great job to the team who were working this evening (Monday 16 May, 6:00pm-6:30pm). I understand you have recently had some technical issues with the new phones which mean you cannot answer calls. You continued to serve a busy chemist full of customers while dealing with the stress of ringing phones that you couldn’t answer. When an older woman came in and began screaming and shouting about the phones you were both calm, patient and polite. Trying to explain the situation and when that failed, diffuse the irate woman. You were both exemplars of fantastic customer service - who, when placed in a stressful and appalling situation, handled it with grace, dignity and good humour. Easing the visible discomfort of other customers after she left and resuming as normal. Top job!

Highly competitive prices (especially on prescriptions). Always had good service.

I went in store today and there was one older lady serving, she was busy but still friendly and quick. The store is packed with stuff and they have a good selection. Two star review for the two staff members who were standing around chatting to eachother for the entire time I was in store without offering me or any of the other people in store (many who were elderly) any help….went back again, same experience. Staff member with dreadlocks carrying on like she’s hanging out with her friends (other staff) at a bar while ignoring customers….older lady still killing it and being very helpful.

Staff very friendly, The manager Crystal is very ready to help, the pharmacist Mary is patient focused.

Moved pharmacy to save some money, and completely regret it.They often didn't have medications and couldn't order them due to changing management which happened for more then 3 months. And wouldn't check with other pharmacist to get it in.They would not assist in dispensing mental health medications when a script error occurred. Causing a mental health crisis which they allowed me to leave during.

Branded medicines are not available. Today pharmacist advised that they can’t order one of my medicine because management change is happening. Strongly recommend to avoid this Priceline by all cost since they do not help customer needs and have a hidden agenda to market their products.

Average pharmacy, there's a lot more discount pharmacy's around now so not so special like it used to be
