Such a rip off…wanted to get treatment on Sunday night..there were no appointments available as there was only one doctor on duty but if I could pay $90 there was an appointment available with some wait.Bulk billed appointment was available next morning so went next morning again and receptionist told me that there was an initial consultation fee $70 and later on its bulk billed.It’s a shame - please STOP ripping off patients.It’s a shame on the name of such a good provider of Public Heath in the past but not anymore as has now started ripping off patients.Not coming back - Very much disappointed.

This is the most unfriendly clinic I have come across. You will never be able to make an appointment with a specific doctor. They will stipulate a time for you to make an appointment, and then the phone will not get through when the time comes, and when you get through, it will say that the appointment is full. On the other hand, they charged all kinds of arbitrary fees, such as appointment fees for walk-in appointments, fees for new customers, and even fees for printing prescriptions. Every doctor can't wait to drive you out for a minute. It really can't be worse, the management team should think about how to rectify it, otherwise it will not be far from close!If you don't have time to read the comments properly, there's no point in copy-pasting replies. I’m talking about making an appointment with a specific doctor, just tell me which day the doctor is free, and I can wait, but your staff always said that they don’t have access to make an appointment, and need to be authorized when a certain time is up, so in this case the APP can? What app will have greater authority than the front desk staff?

We have been going to the clinic since it opened but it has been going downhill for a very long time. Wait time on the phone is between 30-60 min (you can book online but if you need longer appointments or anything else good luck getting someone that you can talk to). Doctors come and go all the time you don't have time to build a patient Doctor relationship. You have 10 min with a doctor but they rush you so much it's hard to get what you need. We had many issues:*I was sent to a specialist that had nothing to do with my condition (lucky the receptionist at the specialist realised or I would have been $600 out of pocket)*doctor not understanding the results and misdiagnosing my condition (i was high negative meaning 0 chance I have it but he told me I definitely have it and I should immediately see my specialist)* waiting for hours because receptionist forgets to mark that you have arrived*refusing to write prescription for medication that I already take and have a letter from the specialist to continue taking*refusing to provide referral and medical certificatesAnd constant letters asking you to go back when there is 0 need to go back. I am now looking for another clinic for my family.

Not even happy to give 1 star!! My husband ripped his arm on siccators,requiring stitches. We arrived at the clinic at 9.45pm and first words that came out of receptionist mouth was we close at 10

Today i tried to call the Berwick clinic and was on hold for 27 minutes. Lucky I'm not an elderly person otherwise I would have had no choice but to call triple000, As there is no other way to make a booking but to download the app, which has horrible functionality... And I'm sure an elderly person would have struggled doing this. I think it's disgusting behaviour that a doctor's clinic basically forces their patients to book their appointments online. The business needs to review their practices as this is an absolute joke and I feel it's completely unacceptable

Have appointment but can't remember what time it was. No message to confirm my appointment. Had no choice but to call. Called at 8pm still on hold at 9.40pm and now my call probably won't even be answered. That's 1 hour and 40mins that I'm never going to get back. Absolute joke. I understand it gets busy but being on hold this long is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this.

I had a painful abscess on my arm and was in a lot of pain so attended my GP at another clinic. He prescribed antibiotics which after 4 days had no effect. The abscess became bigger and more painful so I contacted Superclinic last minute at 8am on 19.04.2023 hoping they would be able to help me. The receptionist was kind and offered a last minute appointment with a doctor. I went straight in and the doctor inspected the abscess and gave his professional opinion that I would need surgery. He then sent me with a letter to Casey Hospital Emergency which resulted in me being able have surgery that afternoon and I was home by 8pm. A big thank you to the receptionist lady and doctor at Casey Superclinic.

My wife Sonia had a Telehealth appointment with a female doctor. She asked for a Medical certificate, four phone calls later and the stress she has been put through by this clinic is absolutely disgusting and she still hasn’t received it. Please do not have anything to do with this clinic they are completely useless.

Multiple doctors over the years have been extremely unhelpful, rude and a complete waste of time, I have no idea why I gave this clinic so many chances… especially when the ratings speak for themselves (an overall 2 star rating with multiple complaints constantly- most saying they wish they could give a 0 star)I have done some research and will be attending a new clinic with an overall 5 star rating and nothing but positive reviews from hundreds of people.I have wasted way too many years at this clinic, the doctors lack even simple things like compassion and understanding.
