About to start the Summer Shitbox Rally we were confronted with a major windscreen crack that could have put paid to our aspirations to complete a second successful rally....Brian from Novus could not have been more helpful. Knowing we were under time pressure, he dropped everything to help us and get us back on the road. 'Thoroughly recommend Novus!

While travelling from Mackay to Rockhampton i got a large stone chip that started to spread across the Windscreen of my M-B SprinterM/home, the longer i drove, ..while staying in Rocky i rang two company's for a quote,I rang O' Brien's main phone numbers then i tried explaining to different Call Centre persons 2 times.. I gave my Qld Active Rego, and was told there is No such Qld Rego , I explained vehicle is on a N.H.V. register, the reply was that Rego does not exist.( why then did i Pay Rego for the last 5 years and yearlyC.O.Inspection fees)it got worse with their Q & A and repeating backto me nearly every answer i gave them... so I Gave Up.....I then rang Novus auto Glass Rocky, and got a Real Local Professional PersonI gave my Rego and a few details then after the w/end 2 days at the van park i was staying in Novus came to install he W/screen.After getting new screen ready , and taking off the Dress surround the screen guy found a problemFiberglass delamination, and rustdeposits on the top ridge section, .. he showed me where,The Novus guy advised me Not to fit the Screen and make further enquiries re my problem,...He could have Easily just fitted the screen and sent me on my way....he then took the time to Explain it needed a repairi rang the company in Coomera that know the Paradise M/homes inside outand booked it in, they said Dont fit a New Screen as it will get broken as they start the repair.The two Novus crew spent time and effort on my M/homeNo Charge. thats Great Service...I want to Thank the local Novus Owner, and those two young Men for their Expert friendly Advice, time and Effort helping me....

Don't go here if you have if you have a star crack he will tell you his tool isn't big enough to do the job, the price for a new wind screen $350? I went elsewhere $50, novus use to be the place to get your wind screen fixed, now it's replace replace replace.

Windscreen chipped on last drive to Brisbane in pouring rain. Idiot driver in a Hyundai Palisade tramped on his accelerator and showered me with rocks! Novus fixed my windscreen without an appointment. Not an invisible repair but hopefully will stop cracking. $99 per chip repair. If chip cracks further, repair cost will be taken off new windscreen.

Fast turnaround, reasonable price, absolutely recommend

Absolutely appalled at the manner in which I have been dealt with as a customer. Not only have I had to chase for a return phone call 7 times since January for an error made by them. I also had to contact their supplier to get the truth as they kept trying to pass the blame! I still don't have my product and the owner is refusing to return my deposit claiming he has lost the receipt! 7 years is the limit for record keeping for a business. They have all the other information listed for our order though. This has been ongoing for 3 years already! Absolutely disgusting customer service and lack of respect in general.They are now refusing to sell us the glass all together even at full cost (despite having paid a deposit). If I could give 0 stars I would.Edited to add - the owner Brian even pretended to not be the owner on the phone.In regards to your response. I asked to disregard the deposit and asked how much it would be full price to which you responded, too bad I am sending it back to the supplier". You were extremely rude. Yes before I finally had enough of being spoken over and your condescending manner and chosen language toward me I did tell you where you could go before hanging up.You also claimed that "the owner" had made the decision

Great experience all round, a human answered the phone, and all my questions. No waiting, no hassle, friendly service

Very fair on price for both our cars and customer service was fantastic even though shop was busy took time to quote on a future screen will be more work coming from us in the future
