Please read so this doesn’t happen to you as well.Last week, I reached out to this mechanic shop to inquire about the cost of two control arm bushes for my car. They quoted me $261, which was much cheaper than the other three quotes I had received ranging from $500 to $700. I asked the receptionist on the phone is the $261 included labor, and she confirmed that it did, I repeated the quote again is the $261 for both parts and she confirmed for the second time, I repeated the amount to her two or three times because it was very cheap comparing to the 3 quotes I received from reputed shops which were ($500, $640, and $700)Today, I dropped off my car at the shop at 9:30 AM, and at 1:34 PM they called me to tell the car is ready for pick up.I took my kids and went there and I was shocked when I arrived to find that they charged me $1261 instead of the agreed-upon $261. I reminded the representative of the quote and she claimed that I had misunderstood and that the correct price was $1260.I requested a detailed invoice, which showed that they charged me even for 6 hours of labor at $110 per hour, even though my car was only at the shop for 4 hours and by asking many mechanics the labour time shouldn’t exceed two hours. I was extremely dissatisfied with this outcome and wondered if this shop intentionally provided inaccurate quotes to overcharge their customers or the receptionist heard the amount wrong from the mechanic and didn’t admit it her fault. I asked if they can listen to their recorded calls and she said we don’t record calls.I am considering taking legal action and would appreciate hearing from anyone else who may have experienced something similar at this shop as what happened to me today if very ridiculous.To the owner of this shop, I am writing to you with regards to a recent experience I had at your establishment yesterday. I have noticed that you have been kind enough to respond to other customers' reviews, however, I am yet to receive a response regarding my concerns.During my recent visit to your establishment, I was quoted a price of $261 by your receptionist for the services I required. I would like to kindly request that you verify this information by checking your booking book and listening to the call that took place on March 14th, during which I repeated the quoted amount back to the receptionist on three separate occasions.Furthermore, I am confused as to why I was charged for 6 hours of labor when my vehicle was only in your possession for 4 hours. Additionally, I have received quotes from several other shops for half the amount I was charged by your establishment. I must express my disappointment and concern that I, someone who is financially struggling, was overcharged and taken advantage of. However, I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably and without further escalation. Even I have the right to ask you to charge me only the originally quoted amount of $261 however a comparable price to other written quotes I have received will be good and I will not pursue this matter any further.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Be careful, they give you a quote and after the repair they ask you to pay more than double the quote amount.people keep complaining about him to the consumer affairs.

I have been taking my old car and now my new car to this business for 10 years now will not go anywhere else. They found mistakes and unfixed issues that the dealership refused to acknowledge and repair. Brilliant personal service.
