Bond Cleaning in Gold Coast

Hired the company through their Brisbane website not realising they have a bunch of identical names they hide behind. Was not until after I experienced their services that I discovered all the other bad reviews and and had the same experience. Cleaners showed up and after 6 hours of 'cleaning' I honestly couldn't tell you what they had done. Kitchen bench had clear marks. Many surfaces such as shelves, drawers and cupboards had not been wiped done let alone dusted. Floors were not vacuumed or mopped. Toilets, mirrors and showers had not been cleaned, no wall spot cleaning done or switches and outlets wiped over. Sliding door rails had not been cleaned either. Attempted to get them to come back out to redo their job but they never replied until after my lease end date had arrived. Unconvinced they would actually come back out nor upkeep their bond back promise my housemates and I had to clean the place ourselves.Only after demanding a refund did I receive a response - a measly $110 from a $605 job. I.e. they wanted me offer me 20% back on a job they skipped more than 90% of the work. On top of that they have the audacity to stipulate that I must not disclose, discuss or make any public comment about my agreement and my complaint if I accept their pathetic offer of a refund.After informing them it was not good enough they offered an additional $70 for my 'inconvenience' (having to come back and clean the place myself and missing time from work) again also attempting to buy my silence and not speak of my experience.Only after rejecting this offer did they think to escalate me to their complaints department for further resolution. They have not gotten back to me since.If you want to deal with this company my advice is to be prepared to take them to court or dispute the transaction with your bank as you want receive the service you paid for and they will not give you your money back.Update: I was able to get a full $605 refund done through a chargeback with my back. So while the company may believe they have done a 'good job' they were not able to dispute the charge back with any evidence.

Do not use this company. After 3 returns to clean, issues were still not resolved. A detailed list was supplied by the property manager of what was missed and still dust and superficial cleaning remained after the third attempt. The cleaner damaged a blind While I was present and then denied it later the company. The superficial dust left behind was also claimed to have been caused by me after he had left. Terrible experience and will not recommend.

Clean:Bond clean itself was great. The cleaner was on time and did a great job.Carpet cleaning:Bcic called me when I was already waiting for the carpet cleaner, asking to reschedule to 7am the next morning as the machine was broken, after I drove 1.5 hours to be there.Drove 1.5 hours again to meet the carpet cleaner by 7:00 the next day, no show… call bcic they say cleaner won’t answer, they will find another and call me back. Have not yet heard back, had to hand my keys over to the real estate and lose bond money.

Hands down the worst end lease bond cleaners. Didnt show up on the proposed date, only performed half of their proposed cleaning duties and even the half of the apartment that they did clean was to a very poor standard. Made it extremely difficult to organise the reclean, proposing that they might arrive on a certain date and unsure what time they would arrive. Very dissatisfied and would definitely recommend against using such a poor company.

Today on 06/11/2022 three cleaners" came to my unit. I needed a living room/kitchen and a bathroom to be bond cleaned. I removed all furniture and all belongings. They spent 2hrs then left. The floor more or less was clean. The rest was superficially brushed and wet. All dirt was where it had been before they came. They even left the coffee stains on the kitchen bench. How awful this business is, people, please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS BUSINESS.I’ve never given 1 star and bad review to any businesses ever. But I really have to do this as I don’t want anyone else to go through this.When I got an enquiry about bond cleaning, I got a million calls to push me to book from this company. I needed carpet cleaning included and this was one of them so I decided to book.On the day, subcontractor cleaner came and later the company rang me that they need to charge $200 extra as carpet is dirtier than they thought. I got quoted $450 for 2 bed room unit and it’s already expensive but I really needed to get done so I had to accept.Ok, my real estate wasn’t happy with their job so I had to contact them to redo. I was told to get a call for 3 times, no one called me back.Only email came saying, they contacted the cleaner so please wait 24- 48 hours.Bond cleaning is time sensitive. It’s way too long.No one contacted my real estate that they said they will contact my real esters directly.My real estate organised their cleaner without telling me next day which is wrong too, but I understand as no one contacted them from the company.I got charged $315 from real estate cleaner which is much cheaper and I asked, but why do I have to pay twice? This company said 100% bond back guarantee! I asked full refund as I am fuming and they are so unprofessional.They didn’t contact me straight back at all, they offered $200 back later. I replied no way, as I spent already $650, plus $315 for my real estate’s cleaner, also no one contacted my real estate at all which is so unprofessional.They are promising 100% BOND BACK CLEANING!I said if I don’t get full refund I’ll write my review. Still nothing contacted from this company.

SCAM. Absolute scam. We booked BCIC to complete our bond clean. BCIC sent a cleaner to our apartment who not only didn’t clean a single thing, but chipped our door frames and left black marks all over the walls. We gave BCIC the opportunity to do 2 re-cleans (totalling 3 attempts) with the same result. Not a single thing cleaned.They also told us our carpets were “too dirty” and charged us an extra $50, totalling $600 for NO SERVICE.We had to re-book and pay for a clean with another company.After a entire week of calling everyday seeking a resolution, we were offered no refund, told we were not eligible for a refund as they had “attended the property”, despite their money back guarantee.Speaking to them on the phone is an absolute nightmare, they do not listen, talk over the top of you and cut you off, continue to say “1 more hour” or “2 more days” etc.I only give 1 star because it’s not possible to give 0. Do not waste your time or money.

I was told a quote that was to cover everything, on the basis it was a Bond clean so it was a big job, when they arrived I was getting bombarded with calls to tell me I have to pay another $500 because they have to be there for double the time and have to scrub things, this was not information given to me on the phone, this is not how you deal business and I want the complaints department to get back in contact with me asap, my job number was 44408 this is not okay.

I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to use this company. My experience has been a nightmare from start to finish.I called and spoke to a sales consultant who told me that the cleaning service was all inclusive, not time restricted and a bond back guarantee was offered. I was quoted $470 which I thought was steep but as I was told it was all inclusive bond clean with a steam clean of the carpets and pest control. So I paid this amount as I just wanted this over and done with.On the day of the clean the cleaner arrived 2.5 hours late, she walked into my apartment (no apology) took one look around and said she wanted me to pay her more money in cash which I declined. I received a call from bcic saying that actually they needed me to pay another $150 because the cleaner was going to finish 2 hours behind schedule and when I said that’s her fault she arrived late they changed their story and said that actually the extra $150 was for cleaning the microwave and dishwasher which apparently was not included in the supposed all inclusive price I had already paid. At this point I needed the clean done and felt like I was being held to ransom so I paid the additional $150. Which brings the total price to $620 for a bond clean on a 1 bedroom apartment.I would have been completely fine with this if the clean had been done well. But, it wasn’t. Whoever cleaned the carpet has left and oily residue behind which has completely ruined the carpet and I have had to pay an additional $650 for the carpet to be replaced as they have done irreparable damage. The microwave and dishwasher that I paid extra to be cleaned were not even touched. Streaky tiles, cupboards and drawers not wiped, the walls were not touched, the list goes on. I had to pay another cleaner another $300 to finish the work they failed to do.I did try to organise a reclean but the day they were meant to attend they never showed up. I have had to pay another week rent to cover this.All of this feedback was given to a supervisor over the phone who was dismissive, aggressive and told me to put my complaint in an email instead and then she immediately hung up on me.I sent an email requesting a refund and sent extensive photos of the state of my apartment how it was left and requested a refund because not only did they not clean my apartment but they also did damage to my carpet that was so bad that it had to be replaced.I was sent back a generic copy and pasted email in response saying that they could offer a partial refund of the extra $150 that I paid on the day but ONLY if I agreed to not leave them a bad review. I declined and before bcic responds to this and says I’m not even a customer like they have responded to other reviews. My job ID is 40437. You have my phone number on file. Someone call CALL me, not email. Call me and come to a resolution and offer a refund that is actually reasonable and at that point I would be happy to change my review.

Absolutely appalling service from this team. Please if you read these reviews prior to engaging this company, do not waste your time & effort as this will be ongoing & you will be way better off spending your money elsewhere for someone who will meet the basic standards.I’ve had multiple issues using this company just for a bond clean. The clean was not completed properly as I checked the same afternoon after they finished & have photos of the areas that were clearly missed. I did a clean of these areas myself after the ‘clean’ as it was not an acceptable standard. I even apologised to my property manager in advance to her coming to do the final inspection as I knew it would not pass. My property manager sent me the details that needed readdressing & it was such a hassle trying to engage them to do this, keeping in mind after a lot of chasing up on my end they rejected the reattendance which resulted in me paying for a separate service through the real estate.The team were so reluctant on putting a complaint forward to escalate my multiple concerns (not just the poor bond clean) & even when doing so, my case was just closed with no resolution. I have still not received a response after continuously chasing this up.The team are quick to book you in & take the money for the service however do not deliver a pleasant experience once you have issues with their service. Not worth your time or money.
