We ordered garlic bread with our food which never arrived, water glasses were on the table but no water was offered to us, my husband ordered steak but no steak knife, waitress walked halfway around the club with our food before we received it obviously no communication with kitchen staff to waiting staff, we will not be back very shabby service to say the least

I’m not normally one to leave a bad review but feel the need to give feedback and warn others about our restaurant experience. Was here a few weeks ago and found the overall experience unpleasant. We were greeted by a table covered in a paper table cloth. After entrees which were nice, we were then handed back our dirty cutlery to reuse at the main course. The mains of lamb wasn’t great and was rather tough. As we approached the end of the night we heard bar staff using poor language. Later in the night I was unwell and another of our group was unwell the next morning. Was rather expensive to have these issues.

Duntryleague is magnificent"!The golf course is an incredible and a credit to the green keeping staff.The layout is designed to challenge any golfer. The greens are well manicured and can be fast. The fairways are immaculate

The food was below par for Orange. The lamb shank was too tough. The osobucco was undercooked by a few hours and too tough. It is not often one would not finish the beef eye fillet - it was not enjoyable at all. The seasonal vegetables came out with a dollop of butter on top as a seasoning. The waiters need training - and learn to take orders when the drinks are brought in, pour the wine as opposed to just putting the bottle on the table for self-service, take the menus away after the order placed, clarify if not understood correctly, get the table ready for the next course.

Absolutely rude staff! My meal was not only cold but when they brought it back to the table, we found 3 hairs stuck on the plate under the salad.The food tastes like a child made it in a mud kitchen! Never met so many incompetent people in one small space. Serious let down! Next time I see cockroaches like that and staff says oh first time I've seen them" I will be sure to walk into the kitchen and prove your lying to customers faces. DO BETTER"

This old house is rather beautiful. Set in an immaculate golf course. It is your stereotypical old mansion house golf club hotel. No doubt requires constant maintenance and refurbishment. Clearly the priority is the golf course rather than the hotel. That said, we had a big room with a nice view and a comfortable bed.

Fantastic scenic golf course, beautiful heritage guest house, and delicious food and great menu in clubhouse. Very friendly accommodating staff.

My husband and I had a terrible experience at the restaurant here a couple of nights ago. We went to celebrate our anniversary and when we got there, the restaurant was completely empty and no one there to greet us. We waited at the sign that said please wait to be seated for some timeThe bar staff ended up taking us to our table. I then ordered a steak cooked medium and when it arrived it was a thin steak that was cooked well done. The vegetables tasted frozen and upon eating our steak, there was a horrible taste to it, and I thoroughly believe it had been defrosted. Not worth it for almost $40!!The only upside to our meal was the lovely guy who served us. He was so polite and friendly and and even waivedthe steak when we said we didn't enjoy it.

Nice meals, friendly staff, interesting golf course

Took my stunning wife out to dinner and tried the seafood night which was Friday 6th January 2023, I'll start with the beautiful welcome my wife received from Sarah and another lady whose name escapes me I'm so sorry, your compliments to my wife were awesome and so pleasing to see we we're really touched with your heart warmed welcome. The service we receieved from these ladies were exceptional and you added a personal touch to the night.
