Wot A Kebab Diamond Creek

Probably the worst kebab I've ever had. Meat was cold and there was something very tough and chewy in there?? Pls don't get food from here. Or do, it's your money

Wot a kebab hands down has the best chips in the area - PERIOD! Food was served quickly, hot, and fresh, with the portions being on the heavy side, which is fantastic! Overall, fantastic HSP, however I am yet to try a traditional kebab, but with the bar being so high already, I'm sure it won't disappoint! 10/10!

Was really impressed with the great customer service and positivity that came from the family that were working in the store. The food was really tasty. (I had a HSP with chicken). The only thing I would've wanted is more sauce, though I'm a big fan of extra sauce on everything.Will definitely go there again though :)

My previous large kebab of 3 weeks ago was so filling that I struggled to finish it. Tonight however, the large kebab was a massive disappointment. It was physically half the size of the standard kebab that was also ordered. There is no consistency whatsoever. Customers should get the portion they ordered given the additional cost.Other than the portion size, the kebab was good. Better than OK with room for improvement.

Shop is decent. Staff was quite nice, had to confirm order 3 times which was a little annoying after paying and waiting 10mins but what lacked in taking orders made up for the HSP being nice. Meat was flavourful and juicy. Would go again.

Taking forever really. It’s just kebab, I placed the order online and drove almost 10 mins and after I came here,waited another 10 mins

The owner offered their own hot sauce and that just elevated the HSP.

Decent food but don’t bother ordering online as they don’t even start preparing the food until you arrive. The last two times I’ve waited an extra 15-20 minutes after the pick up time

There is not a time that these guys can get your order right. Again tonight, simple order, meat container with chilli and garlic sauce. Got it home, no sauces!!Shouldn’t have to check your meal before leaving, but it’s come to that. Foods ok, but the service is a real let down!!

Attended the Diamond Creek outlet yesterday (24/02/2019) and ordered a mixed kebab with lettuce, tomato and cheese - I repeated my order to the cashier to make sure it was understood, as during a previous attendance, I recieved onion in my order, which I neither asked for nor wanted. I waited 30 minutes for it to be made (ordered at 12:31 - order 41) only to note that it contained onion! Mind you, there were only 3 other customers in the store at the time. I approach the counter and was told it would be remade - More time passes whilst I’m at the counter and I’m not seeing my order remade - What really infuriated me was when I observed the member of staff open my incorrect order and proceed to pick all the meat out of it and put it into my NEW order! You’ve got to be joking! By this stage, I’d waited 40 minutes to have the meat picked out and put into a fresh wrap (mind you, the initial order had already been toasted with the onion throughout) - I queried the staff member and even after WATCHING them do it, was told that it didn’t happen - What a disgrace - asked for a refund and left. After incorrectly making the initial order, the very least staff could have done was make a fresh one. Very poor and slow customer service indeed.
