On ordering $15 nachos, I received them without the sour cream. When I told the older lady about it she just said “seriously” YES seriously I want my sour cream, Very RUDE. How exactly is it my fault you forgot the sour cream?

Had a great time. Tristan J was playing so the the entertainment was awesome and the kids were occupied and socialising with other kids which was great. Food was lovely. Cocktails too expensive for the amount received, is my only negative. I recommend this venue.

Awesome vibe, good live music, kids love it. Massively over priced with $12 for a can of beer and $10 for a handful of chips. Drops the price to something reasonable and would give it 5 stars

Lovely hidden gem for all ages. A great venue to chill with the kids while having a drink and some tasty snacks. We went the day Tristain J Ross was playing, which was even better.

Front desk lady told my 55kg girlfriend that she was too heavy" and that they had a "weight limit" to jump on the Trampolines... considering majority of children in australia are obese and definitely weigh in at over 55 kilo I'd say this is a complete joke especially since there were Adult sized teens using the facility at the time. She also couldn't advise us on the exact weight limit of the Trampolines.Website also states there's no age limit and that children under 16 must be adult supervised. There's also so no weight limit stated on the website."

Omg where do I start. Trampolines were soaking wet, extremely unprofessional rude,mature, blonde lady with serious attitude approached us and informed us that we needed to pay for the use of these Trampolines. No signs, no info, just rude. I don't mind paying if we were asked nicely however demanding $25 per child for 20min on a wet soaking Trampolines is not right. Especially from a rude lady. Where is the customer service??

Apparently there's an age limit despite the website saying 'all welcome' and 'no age limit'. Good job management
