Worst gate company I have ever dealt with. Had an issue with the product and took over a week to get looked at as staff constantly quit. It took over 6 phone calls to finally get the product looked at. I then had to pay for repair after being told it was free. The male that I dealt with was very abusive to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Inept and disorganisedABA installed my driveway gates 7 years ago. Since then, I have had continual problems with shorting and power failures in the rain. After the Sydney rains I tried many times to get them to come out and fix my gates. Each time they had a different excuse. Eventually they agreed to come on 7 April. They didn't show up or call. Messages left for them and no reply. I called another installer who came over the next day and fixed the problem. ABA finally called back on 8 June to see if I still needed them!!!My advice to the owners of ABA: fix your business or close your doors (if they work)

Really poor customer service and do not turn up when booked inTechnician here for less than 5 minutes and tightened a screw and I was charged $274.00 call out feeOutrageous!The receptionist was rude and hung up on me when I said they over chargedNever use them againRACLO gates are THE BEST !!

We had a terrible experience with this company -- getting work done on our fence took 2 months+ to complete. They charged us $200 for the initial visit when they came to simply give us a quote on the work. They then assured us it would come off the actual work, but they didn't indicate this or reference it at all on the updated bill. When we asked about it and said we wanted to resolve it with head office before we paid the new amount, the technician installed and then uninstalled the new part and left!!! When we finally got them back the following week, my father in law was waiting as we both had to work, and I had emailed the head office in advance that I would pay by phone after the work was complete. They said ok but didn't indicate that it had to be immediate payment, so I was pulled out of a work meeting for an urgent" issue as the technician was again threatening my father in law that he would uninstall the new gate lever if not paid immediately. After it was all resolved

Jeff came out to our house and honestly made a miracle happen. Our garage door had been out of action for years, and the hardware was so old that we thought it had to be beyond repair.But we gave it a shot and Jeff brought it back to life. He programmed and installed new wall mounted buttons to control the garage along with remotes to put on our keys, and was absolutely courteous the whole way through.Highly recommend; great, kind people, very reasonable price and outstanding results.

Jeff came and gave us a quote and was able to answer all of our questions. He also installed the garage door and we are very happy with service and results. Our garage was non-standard and we had to go for a tilted door. Overall, the new door worked superbly and there was very little noise when the door open and closes (can't even hear it from within the house).

I have used ABA and Ditec equipment for many years, their service, courtesy and product is first class

Fantastic company and staff. Pleasure to deal with. On a Friday they managed to get a technician to our site within a coupe of hours to rectify a gate motor issue and allow us to secure our site for the weekend.Would rate higher but Google doesn't allow a higher score.

I waited over a week for the sales rep to call me, I literally had cash in hand ready to purchase. When I called to follow up I didn't get any kind of apology or explanation. To make matters worse, I followed up on a Friday and was told there were no sales people available until Monday. Avoid this mob at all costs.
