The food here is really lovely, however it is very expensive compared to other chinese restaurants. Its a good $10+ more per dish than other places i've visited.On our last visit we had a banquet and there was more than enough food to go around for our group.Its not a disability friendly venue though, there is a lower level on the street entry, but you need to use stairs if you need to access the toilet and to complete your payment for your meal.

Pleasant atmosphere, attentive servers and tasty food. It was lovely and warm on a cold night.A bit on the pricey side but given the location and the quality of the experience it’s probably ok. Paying $5.50 for the smallest glass of sparkling water hurt a bit.

OMG this was the best meal. We left extremely full. Do your self a favour and eat here, service was fantastic and quick. Will definitely return again.

So they open from 5-9 on a Friday, but we went there pretty early, on our way back to our car, we stopped by the restaurant to check their menu then their manager Randy arrived and we asked if we can go in while waiting, he was so nice and courteous, he allowed us to come in 30 minutes before they would supposedly open, and gave us their menus. He answered all of our queries regarding their food, the service was fast took about 10 minutes for the food to be served after he took our order. Overall the service was amazing and the food was sumptuous and savory. I highly recommend this place.

We visited Imperial Palace for dinner and enjoyed the big servings of the Imperial Set Menu. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was just OK, but we'd still recommend it for a nice meal.

Good service but the food is definitely not as good as described in other reviews. Every dish is veggies + a few meat pieces & definitely not what you paid for.

Service with a Smile? No. Happily describe menu items? No. Floor so oily I was concerned I’d slip? Yes. The fried rice was not fried it was a glumpy,gooey,stodgy, I assume steamed then microwaved rice,no flavour at all! Asked for soy sauce and I’m pretty certain it was watered down with cheap vinegar. Crispy chicken batter gooey on the inside. Honey sauce runny and too sweet ,it should be sticky and flavoursome.If you are very very busy perhaps don’t take on extra booking knowing you will serve Subpar food. I guess it’s all about the money, a quick turnover and not wanting returning customers.

We tried the Chow Kueh Teow at this restaurant and it was hands down the best we've ever had. The service was excellent, and the owner was super friendly. It's a great spot in Bendigo for a tasty lunch. Highly recommended!
