GT Performance Swimming

My kids have been training with GT for 6 years. I can not thank Alyce (their coach) for all of her support and dedication. Being able to see every childs strength and with focus on their skills they are able to achieve amazing results. The last few years with covid have been so hard and GT have been able to keep them motivated even helped my son achieve his National goals (Some top 10 finishes) GT provides an environment for him to achieve his swimming goals as well as encouraging mateship. Although swimming is an individual sport for the majority, GT has created an amazing team environment that sees all the kids cheering each other from the sidelines. It takes a village to raise kids and I am thankful Alyce is apart of our village. I am excited to see her work all my girls in the future.

The team at GT performance have a had a huge impact on the development of my kids swimming. We joined pre covid and felt a part of the GT community through various online activities. Since then, my son has continued to improve and qualified for the National Swimming championships. He has continued to grow and develop his strengths as a swimmer, but also his passion for the sport. One thing that has stood out has been the team spirit. Over time I have seen swimmers grow strong as a team, but also of note is how all team members support each other at all meets. The Facebook and Instagram photos of events reflects this positive team environment. Head coach, Alyce has a great rapport with all swimmers which is clearly evident on pool deck, from warm ups first thing in the morning to the swimmers in the last event of the day. Her enthusiasm, encouragement and positive attitude is contagious amongst swimmers and families. A great family friendly environment to foster a love a physical activity.

Love the support and workouts for the adult tri squad...Alyce helped build my open water confidence. The program for the kids is top level and I love watching them achieve their goals!

The coaching staff at GT swimming are exceptional. They have a real ability to motivate kids and nurture talent, as well as produce amazing performance. Alyce is profoundly capable, committed and a gifted coach. Along with the team around her she works with passion and dedication to the benefit of the young athletes at GT.
