From chatting with Courtney on the phone, who happily answered all my questions, (me: scared first timer!) to the consultation, to having my ombre brow treatment, she was amazing! So efficient, knowledgeable & professional. She explained every part of the procedure step by step & made sure that I was comfortable along the way. Over time, my eyebrows have thinned out & so I really wanted something that framed my face nicely & something that still looked very natural. I am seriously blown away with the result! I've received so many compliments & most importantly, I no longer need to spend time filling in my brows & attempting to achieve the shape myself day after day!
