Had leaking hot water storage with no hot water working, contacted Jack and he came out late that day to have a look. Needed new system which he replaced the next day. Job was done quickly and cleanly, he was polite and friendly, and explained everything he needed to. Would use him again and definitely recommend.

No water in house due to a failed pump, contacted Jack and he arranged to attend the next day (a Saturday ) with replacement quality pump assembly. Installed with minimal fuss and problems solved. He had all the odds and sods on hand to complete the installation. Very professional work, extremely happy.
