Wonderful staff and service .. booked our car in on the Toyota app unaware the appointment wasn't available we turned up and they actually made it work for as we were travelling and needed the 20000 service done.. in a difficult situation for the staff and us it was handled professionally and with kindness..

Good price, good explication, good job even if you are a foreigner ! Definitely the place to go in Prosperpine to fix your car !!! Thanks for all Dave and Emily:-)

Asked for a price on a part and was told they will have a look and call me back. 3 weeks later I get a call back and they were charging almost double. I told them they must be having a laugh I have got thecar fixed already and for half the price plus the part had to come from Sydney!! I wouldn't waste my time on them again.

We found them condescending and rude. Would never buy from them.

Not sure what other words to use besides utterly incompetent and boarder line of useless. Had car for around 4 weeks for a basic fault. With only one supertech" which really means qualified mechanic over 2 depots and the rest just service techs the car was looked at briefly for not even one day in 14 days. No response every time I phoned no one available or just stepped out. Always says will phone back and never does. Avoid at all costs."

Kelly the sales executive, was a fountain of knowledge, and extremely willing to do the best for me purchasing our rav 4 gxl.Our first service was yesterday a tad late on the finish time but I didn't have a problem with that as the car was washed AND vacuumed,nice touch thanks Filbys and Kelly

Tried to get a warranty on window tint. I didn’t purchase through them but moved to the area. Was told I had to chase up with the dealer I purchase to organise the warranty claim.Even tho I had the original car care certificate with the lifetime warranty.Im guessing if I bought through them it wouldn’t have been an issue.

Took our 2015 Hilux in for a service today (13/08/2020) I was warmly greeted and Sally at the desk was more than helpfull. We were provided with loan car while our vehicle was in the workshop. It was a major service. Came back to pick up our car and Sally gave me the run down of what work had been carried out. The techs found a major issue with the front end of the vehicle and this was promply repaired. I would like to wholeheartedly thank all involved in the diagnosing and fixing the problem as I'm sure that if this had not been picked up it could have had dire consequences. Also I commend the entire team on their professionalism and dedication. I will most certainly be recommending Filby's to all who are in need of good honest service. Thank you all.
