From our experience the Vista Kitchens group is awesome to deal with. Top quality product and personnel are combined with a true craftsman's attention to detail. The personnel were responsive to our input and offered practical and cost effective alternatives where they were available. We found their level of interaction in our project to be welcome, rare and refreshing. Their continued communication during our remodelling meant that not only did we achieved the result we anticipated but also there were no hidden extras" cost-wise. Had my kitchen installed last Thursday. My husband and I have previously built three homes, we have had issues with other kitchen companies before, so we were cautious going forward with another. The experience we had with Vista Kitchens was nothing but professional. They did short order on a few of our handles but they rectified this within a few days. All in all, I highly recommend Vista.

Had my kitchen installed by Vista a few weeks back and I just love it! Bryce was so helpful with the design and the service from the girls in the office was impeccable, thank you referring me to the builder, Ben from Bluewater Renovators he was absolutely wonderful to work with, couldn’t recommend Vista enough!

We are so happy we have used Vista Kitchen from the girls in the front office Skye Alicia to designer Bryce and installer Jai. I cannot talk highly enough of this business. They were sensational would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys awesome to deal with.

In the beginning Vista was great. Great communication, great design but once the install happened that all fell apart. Our kitchen was supposed to be installed over 2 days they did it in 1 and it was as unfinished with no communication of when they’d be back. 1 of the panels was 10mm out and they tried to blame it on our wall. Many cupboards were also not even. We had to make 3 calls to get someone to get back to us to organise repairs. Then we noticed the pantry was also faulty and just left until we noticed, once we did we then had to wait weeks for a new pantry door. All up it was around 7 weeks until we had our kitchen completely finished. I do love my kitchen but the whole experience was terrible and I won’t be recommending vista to anyone. A lot of people I’ve told have also had a bad experience with vista which makes me wonder if they delete the bad reviews…….let’s see how long this one lasts.

I highly recommend the Vista team. Outstanding tradesmen, great communication (I heard back within hours), they made the stressful decisions easy and the design process was extremely smooth.
