It's perplexing why some individuals struggle to comprehend that certain circumstances are beyond people's control, or that occasionally haircuts may not turn out as intended. I've been a loyal patron of this barbershop for over five years now. During the past few years, I've developed a rapport with Antonio, who takes the time to understand my preferences and desired haircut. However, there are instances when things don't go according to plan, or a mistake occurs. It's important to remember that it's just hair, and it will grow back. The atmosphere of the place is exceptional, and the staff always warmly welcomes and bids farewell to customers. We all have to start somewhere in our professions and inevitably make mistakes along the way. Some of the critiques and reviews I've come across are unduly harsh and unjust.

I had no idea what I wanted and what I was going into and they gave me the cleanest cut I’ve ever had with me not even giving them any context, safe to say I love this place.

Came here for the first time yesterday after my old barber closed up. Loved it. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Great modern set up with the TV and music and posters on the walls but a real old school barber shop feel to it. All i wanted was a quick short number 2 all over, and was very happy at the time he took and not making you feel like a rushed job. And then shocked me with the price. It was half than what i was used to paying. Definitely found a new home for my hair cuts.

Been to many barbers before and no one does it like these guys at 18bones, fantastic atmosphere everyone is easy going and the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I’ve only ever had my haircut my barbers Antonio and Nick (best haircuts I’ve ever had) however, I have witnessed the other barbers cut hair and everyone there is top notch level very professional at their job. 10/10 every time i would recommend to anyone looking for a great haircut and overall a good barber experience.
