Tony from Modcon was very professional and his knowledge of the C3 Hybrid we were looking at was exceptional. Every step from ordering to handover was seamless. We now have our C3 and am over the moon with it. Thoroughly recommend Modcon to anyone who is looking for either a Camper or Hybrid.

C3 Hybrid ModCon, best thing I ever did was to buy this Camper Hybrid from ModCon. Excellent service, they know their business, and have a great product and proud of it too! I cannot fault the C3 for the off road market.Presented well on delivery with all the personal service that you could need.Any details required later, they were only a phone call away with helpful advice. Everything promised was delivered, our new C3 was 98% perfect on pickup, I noticed a problem and that was fixed to my satisfaction. All staff, from sales to production, delivered a product we're happy to own! Thank you! Looking forward to seeing more C3's out there!

We have had our FF1 for 3 years now and couldn't be happier. The level of service from the Modcon team has been fantastic. Always super friendly and willing to provide any assistance they can. As for the camper, it has been fantastic. Quality build with everything you need. Looking forward to upgrading to a C3 when the time is right.

We purchased our FF1 for our trip around Australia last year and couldn’t be happier with it’s performance. It’s so quick and easy to set up compared to other camper trailers we saw in the many campgrounds we stayed in, and all of it’s features are so well thought out. The crew at Modcon offer excellent after sales service and are always on hand to make sure you get the very best from your camper.

Brought a C3 & had it sent to Perth. Upon arrival found the kitchen had fallen apart. Modcon blamed transport company with absolutely zero proof to back up their claim. I used a large reputable transport company that Ive used before successfully. Had 4 different tradesmen inspect camper with a combined total of over 160yrs of experience in sheet metal work, fabrication & mechanical repairs. All agreed it was defective manufacturing. Unfortunately Modcon still disagreed with our findings, not sure how they could make this claim from 4500km away? Spent nearly 2 months providing evidence, photos, videos etc only to be insulted & patronised by sales staff & management every step of the way. I understand it must be hard to see your product fail, but given the state of the RV industry it is ignorant to assume your product is always 100% perfect. They have since payed for the repair I asked for in december, although are still not admitting fault. Throughout the whole process Modcon have been awful to deal with, very dissapointing. Please be careful if buying interstate as you wont get much in the way of dealer support or warranty! I wouldn't be suprised if I get a response to this trying to discredit myself & our findings as that is how we have been treated during this whole ordeal!

Purchased a C1 Hybrid Caravan. Communications with sales was good. Handover was great and thorough. Have just finished 2 week trip and van is fantastic and everything we were looking for. No experience with after sales service yet but with quality of van don't think it will be needed.

We are on the way to buying our 2nd trailer from these fantastic people. We first bought an FF1 and what convinced us most about the purchase of that was simplicity, also the fact that Kellie could almost set that up at the camping show in a few minutes flat by herself. We have now moved on from the FF1 and are looking to go hybrid. The help you get from these people is amazing and there is no question you ask that won't get an honest answer. We spent a long time looking around and you always get drawn back to Modcon. Value for money and as i said simplicity. Combined in my opinion you can't get better.
