This is the BEST GP practice I have been to. All the Doctors are very nice and helpful. I am a big fan of Dr. Ismail .I take all my family to him for all their health issues.

Used to be the best practice in Darwin when Dr's Ismail and Sithy were there.Unfortunately the new Dr's especially Dr Hitti are beyond unprofessional and just plain rude. Its a shame as I had been at the practice since it opened, and now it is going downhill rapidly; no wonder they are loosing patients.

5 min “ consultation “ doctor wasn’t very knowledgeable at all and just printed me out a medication to take. The worst $86 dollars I’ve ever spent for my health. Don’t go here.

The best medical practice in Darwin we have been seeing doctor Ismail since before he started at Fannie Bay medical centre it will be really sad to see him leave the practice our daughter loves and adores him I highly recommend this practice the admin staff are lovely and the other doctors are welcoming and lovely.

Dr Sithy & Dr Ismail & Team are the best doctors & practice i have been to in a long time. When i moved here it was trial and error with many doctors. Once i found Dr Ismail he has been so amazing. The care doesn't stop at the appointment. Always willing to go above and beyond

Traumatizing experience. Paid for a minute talk of non sense. I am a Trans woman; the Doctor was so insensitive and did not wanna prescribe my Hormones. I explained it to him that I badly needed some hormones coz I ran out of it while spending holidays in Darwin. The clinic was far from the city and he was so heartless saying he could not give it to me. The only nice person in that place was the white receptionist who felt sorry for the bad experience I had faced.

Was in Darwin for a week and had to do some blood tests. Went to Fannie Bay Medical Centre for it, the doctor didn't really listen to my worries and quickly sent me to get my blood taken next door. This was in early November and to this day, early December, I haven't received my test results. I called about 7 times and the receptionist told me oh its quite strange that it's taking this long

Absolutely pointless appointment. In and out in 30 seconds. Prescribed something that is irrelevant and basically useless in treating what the doctor guesses I was dealing with. I say guessed because he did not do anything, at all to actually assess me whatsoever beside take my temperature. For all this charged $86. Grifter.

The most trusting clinic I have come across in the NT since living here for 3 years. I have seen Dr Sithy about a couple of issues and she was very helpful and caring towards me which I find is super important when looking for a GP to trust.Some of my family members also see Dr Ismail and they love him.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
