Open Property - Property Management made my job a lot easier with everything starting from the first inspection of the property to finding the RIGHT tenant BEFORE settlement! They were really proactive with all the inspections like pre-settlement inspection, inspection with the B&P inspector and were aware of all key dates during the whole process. They were on top of the game by providing me with fast responses to all my queries and dealt with all the formalities within the set deadlines. Come across another house that Open property had on their books and everything changed for the better . Very honest, up front and guided us through the whole process.
