An amazing experience. It's still difficult even in these so called modern times to find anyone catering to men's hair removal. The staff were great and at no point did I feel out of place or uncomfortable. Highly recommend their services and for me I will be a regular customer.

Warwick is amazing at his massage. I have been having massages for many years but recently saw him for knee pain and after my massage the difference in pain relief and movement was incredible. He is friendly, professional and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend him for your next massage.

Ashley did an amazing job on my 2yo hair! For a little boy who hates hair cuts she made the whole process amazing. Getting down and talking to him first and helping in what ever way (talking about his favourite movie, or helping give distractions). Ashley exceeded all expectations and we will be coming back again for sure!

Appointment on time and made to feel very comfortable. Been a long time since being waxed and the process is far less painful than imagined. Super friendly and feel so good afterwards. Highly recommended

Core benefits was top notch my wife got me a few vouchers and I will definitely be going back , Mathew did a good job and I had a beard trim for the first time and it was awesome. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a good barber and will not be going anywhere other then here in the future.

Only place in town that I let cut my hair. Style cut packages (8 cuts) work out to be 6 paid cuts and 2 for free. Ashlee is great and so is Matt.

Booked for sport massage, I have to admit, probably one of the best massage I have ever experienced! Warwick's massage skill is definately exceptional! Highly recommended! Definately will come back again!

I have been going to Warwick for massages for several years now. He is exceptional at what he does. He knows how to loosen the knots from weight training and the lomi lomi massage is super relaxing. I also had Matt give me a hair cut and beard cut. His attention to detail is excellent and I am very happy with the results. Core Benifits is an excellent small family run business looking at men taking care of themselves. Highly Recommend.
