Balance performance glass

They put in a custom shower screen for me. Very easy to deal with from start to finish and my shower looks great!

Overall very bad experience!Balance Performance Glass had taken my 50% $1,000 deposit to build a gate but did not delivery any work.After I paid 50% deposit, they advised they couldn't build the gate to my size requirement.They came up with an alternative which didn't meet my requirement for a gate size.Whilst I understood the time and effort they had undertaken to this point, we agreed they could keep $500 of the $1,000 deposit.To date Balance Performance Glass have never refunded any money. They offered to pick up the incorrect gate but for a $500 fee which then in summary, I paid $1,000 for a gate with no gate or serviced delivered by Balance Performance Glass!
