In store prices double compared to online TWW prices. No idea. Go elsewhere

Satisfaction with this store depends very much on who serves you. It is not consistent. For one assistant I would gladly give a 5, for another I would struggle to give a 1. The quality of the products is great, as is the range.

I went to this place with my kids and I know they ran a bit of a muck, but I spent a $1000 and the older woman that served us was a bit of a cranky thing and her customer service wasn't flash. And let's not forget it's totally work wear in palmerston, not Paris... A bit of a smile wouldn't have gone a stray.

I went to buy a pair of boot, i had my 1 year old and my mrs to come along. Very unfriendly comment from the older laidies working in the palmerston store.this store should have a sign up that says NO KIDS.Not going back . And didn’t want to spend in this store.

Always pleasant to deal with and they're the only company that carry my favourite work shorts!

Very helpful staff made selecting my PPE a lot less stressful than it has been in other suppliers. I will certainly use them again in the future.

As out of state customers, we entered the store to simply find my size as I had accepted a new job whilst on holidays in Darwin which I would be starting when I got home.We spoke with a younger lady and explained our situation. She was lovely and willing to help, but as she started to help us another older lady appeared who was extremely rude and refused us service. The older lady went on to tell us that they don’t supply for this particular company nor do they provide complementary fitting services and therefore unable to assist us today.I looked around and saw no one else in the store and I can see why after this experience and reading the reviews.We left the store and went 10 minutes down the road to RSEA Safety who were more than happy to help us and send us off to enjoy the rest of our holiday.Don’t waste your time or money here.

I have a disability needed to go to another building in complex then back to store to get work gear it was pouring, this woman came into the Gov building complained about being parked there, not a nice person and will get work gear else where,and I will inform family and friends not to shop there, plenty of other shops to buy work gear,she is just a old cranky women and as far as im concerned should not be in the retail trade.

I had a operation on my spine 3 years ago. I have been trying to buy a back brace over that time. I have tried all over Aus. have even tried USA. Today I had to go to Palmerston in the NT. One of my friends go and try TWW.Within 10 minutes I had the brace I have been trying 3 years to obtain. Thank you TWW. John Coady.
