BayWash

Excellent ! Was able to book online, which is great for certainty of service when you are pushed for time. I’d parked under a tree or near something which had deposited a sticky residue (looked like someone had thrown a huge bottle of coke on it!) and they worked very hard at getting this all cleaned off beautifully. Good job.

I was not happy with this place. I used the self service bays. The new payment system is online and that was a positive as it prevents having to look for someone to give you coins. The bays were really dirty and I was walking in someone else’s mud and sand while washing my car. The water has a nasty smell to it which I found made the experience displeasurable. Once I had completed and moved to the drying area there was a staff member walking up and down the bays with a leaf blower kicking up dirt and dust. I couldn’t even get my mind around the concept of blowing dirt around where people are drying their cars. It’s as if this was a special free service to prevent you from leaving with a clean car. It wasn’t a quick process to kick up all the dirt either. He must have walked back and forth across the same ground past all the bays at least 10 times and went on for like 20 minutes. The mind boggles at what he was even thinking.

This has to be the worst car wash I have been too, went at night the car wash took my money and didn't work, went back while it was staffed and they gave me a free wash (that's about the only good thing). Got my car in there and they went over it with a brush for 1 second like a ribbon around my car then just sprayed wheel cleaner on and put me through (I paid for the $25 dollar one so the top level" clean). This automatic car wash and the services that claim they wash your car before it goes through do a shocking job. Do not take your car here

Unfortunately, I have a previous experience to this, and now my most current experience which has proven to turn me off using this car wash location. On my previous occasions, the two payments that I made both did not activate the car, washing device, and on this occasion, there was no soap provided when using is it a high-pressure soap or using the phone brush. The phone brush did provide a limited amount of foam at the start, but this was only an exceptionally limited amount. Unfortunately this is now twice. I have used services at this car wash and on both occasions I’ve been bitterly disappointed

I recommend using bay wash tingalpa over the new auto hoppys in and out car wash. 100% better wash outcome and the car is dried by hand. 10/10 customer service

Always polite and friendly staff. DIY car wash is great value and they make better than average coffee too. Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Family owned and run business .They are worth the visit.If your lazy and don't want to wash yourself. Pay $50 go through automatic car wash . And the will wipe down and ceramic coach you car all while you sit inside and wait.

Prices are comparitive. Underbody wash was underwhelming. No bays had working soap brushes so after spending $12 on underbody and $12 on presoak, high pressure soap and rinse, $2 on washing down the bay, vehicle still needs to be washed at home but I guess it was usefull as had been to Glasshouse Mountains powerline track day before.

Used a DIY wash bay, the payment system is not great. Most other places are up to the times with a pay point in each bay.After overcoming that I loaded it up with 10 mins(usually ample time to give a single cab ute a good clean) took nearly 30 seconds for the bug remover to come through the line.Hit the couple of sections that require it and changed to high pressure soap ( another 30 seconds later it came through)Which was definitely not high pressure, couldn't even remove light dust marks, switched to rinse washed all of the product off the car and hit the stop button to preserve some time to try and find a staff member and see if there was an issue with the bay.Timer kept counting down so left to give this review...
