Booked for 3 people at the same time, showed up early only to all go in 20 mins apart. The facial starts with a weird negging on your skin and then you are asked whether you want to proceed with what you actually booked for which is just uncomfortable. Walls are super thin so you hear everything in the other rooms. Facial was fine, stock standard. For the price it's far more relaxing to go elsewhere.

Attended this place 3 times for eyebrow colour and shape , $65.I expained to the therapist I had cheomotherapy and lost my lashes and brows which took some 2 1/2 years to grow back. I was shown no care as the therapist proceeded to apply wax before I could instuct anymore of what I required together with being told ' I know what Im doing ' Hhmmm. I returned twice more and was still unsatisfied. I am now growing my brows again.Moral to the story dont go to this place if you want to be heard as the therapist did not listen and was to interested in time and watching the clock.

What an amazing experience, from the first time I stepped foot inside the door, I was greeted with friendliness and kindness, yet very professional. The treatment was wonderful and Stephanie was so gentle and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Will recommend Ella Bache to anyone.

Lisa is amazing. I had microdermabrasion plus a peel and other beautiful products massaged expertly on my face. It was so relaxing and all the staff made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend Lisa for her expert knowledge and 20 years experience in the beauty industry.

This has got to be one of the most disappointing spa experiences I have ever had.Advertising a 30 min massage plus scrub plus body brush. I left the treatment room in just on 30 mins! My husbands was much shorter. Definitely not the advertised time.The massage itself was terrible, I don't think the lady had much training at all. The consult consisted of this is what we are doing hop on the bed. No questions of what I wanted worked on or areas to avoid.It felt like she was using her elbows over my ribs as if they where speed bumps.No questions at any time to check the pressure.No knowledge of basic anatomy.The NOISE!How is anyone ment to replace, the place sounded like a mother's club.Maybe close a door?Spoke to reception, they didn't seem to worried still charging full price$99 for a 30 min treatment valued normally at $214 what a actual Joke

Prior to my appointment I suffered from a migraine, the lovely lady whom attended to my eyebrows did a wonderful job, while showing compassion and empathy for the pain i was in.

An absolutely awesome facial that also included massage of chest, arms and scalp! It felt nothing short of divine! A very professional service with wonderfully serene ambience as well. A little on the pricey side but in the aftermath I felt it was worth it !

I went to Ella Bache Cairns Central for the first time and I have never had such great service and they explained everything. And didn't try to sell me a whole lot of products I didnt need. I will definitely be going back.

I have been twice and seen Peetah on both occasions - for a massage package, and then a facial a few weeks after. Both experiences were great, but especially happy with the responsiveness to my wishes to be conservative with my sensitive skin and providing a facial plan based on that. Both experiences were good but the facial was particularly lush.
