Stan has been amazing, I didnt think i would be able to stand up straight or have any quality of life after 3 back operations and lots of physio elsewhere that never helped me. I have never understood my back as well or felt as good as I do now in over 10 years. If you have back issues and Spinal Stenosis like myself I highly recommend seeing Stan

I've been going to Stan for 14 years, he has helped me through everything from minor niggles to ACL rehab. Cannot speak highly enough about him and the exercises/programs he gives to get me back to playing sport sooner than I expect.
