I had the most amazing experience with Josh. A week ago I was involved in an accident with my 3 young kids in the car. Instead of just towing my car and leaving, Josh helped meOrganise a hire car, called an Uber for me, helped put my children’s car seats in the car.. and helped calm my kids down cause they were quite upset. He made an awful situation bearable just by being so friendly and helpful and I am extremely grateful to him.If I ever need anything towed again he is going to be the only person I contact.

Was just having one of those days where everything was going wrong. Had a pretty bad accident last night and was put into a panic. Called the first towing company off the top of my head, and Josh was at my vehicle within 15. Had never dealt with a towing service before, and was surprised as to how easy the process was. Josh was very helpful and super professional. Thank you Josh for the amazing hand yesterday! You are a life saver!!
