Very helpful staff. Great stock available. Prices comparable with Freddy's and BCF.Brass Monkey fridges are RTM brand, very clever and 3 year replacement warranty.Love this shop.

The specials catalogues were all around the store in strategic places picked my item from the catalogue which said I was eligible for $100 gift voucher, paid $1700 at checkout then told me that voucher ended the day before, got NO voucher, they refused, If the catalogues are old and not valid GET RID OF THEM!! " This is like FALSE ADVERTISING

Well where do I start. if there is a a negative star rating I would be giving a -4 stars to the Mackay Road Tech Marine store. I purchased 2 Powertech 200A High-Precision Watt Metre and Power Analysers one was fine the other faulty. It blew up my $2000 engel 60 litre fridge. I took the faulty one back to the store where the store manager plugged it into a display fridge and sparks flew. The store manager then proceeded to pull the Watt metre apart. An email was sent to head office along with the faulty item to see what the next step would be as i need my fridge for work I wanted to know if they would fix or replace my fridge. After approx 2 months and countless phone calls on my behalf chasing them up for an answer and head office blaming me for pulling the item apart. They refuse to fix or replace my fridge and have called me a lair throughout the process. This is the worst customer service i have ever encountered and I will never nor will any of my business colleagues ever shop at this poor excuse of a retail store.
