Change rooms were filthy. Covered in dust and dirt, all over the floor. Making not only the clothes you try on dirty, also your own. Needs a good vacuum and clean.

An older style Kmart compared to the city, still in the old layout which is actually easier to shop rather than having the registers in the centre of the store.Often able to pick up some good kids cloths on clearance in this store when on holiday in the area - not sure why, maybe not that busy or get a larger allocation they need to clear. Friendly staff on the times I have visited

I accidentally dropped a glass bottle in the store and cut my toe. The staff were so kind in offering first aid and filling out an incident report. I got a call to follow up and make sure I was ok. Great customer service!

UPDATE: new experience, photo area, not very friendly or knowledgeable, was told print was ready when it was not. Could’ve been told that it takes longer than the pick up email the day I ordered.Half the products are cheap and nasty.Bought 2 sets of metal 3 drawers, one wasn’t welded properly so one of the drawers couldn’t open, wasn’t worth taking back once assembled.

Arrived at opening of store to collect my printed picture that i recieved email notification it was ready to be told it wasnt printed and ready. I ordered it 2 days prior, I'd like to apologies to the lady I was alittle grumpy as it was an inconvenience.Why have online service??I live 50kms away and work hrs that is difficult to get to the store, hence why i arrived at opening time.I then proceed to check.outs that werent even open and ready for service.Im.not an advocate of self serves as i feel we are taking jobs away from people.

Went looking for stretchy 3/4 pants and actually found some even in my size and good price ..good quality too...they arent that thin material ..material that had body which is important ..also found out that kmart is going through some new changes...cant wait to see what its all about
