Bought the 3 boneless chicken pieces. They looked nothing like the chicken pieces in the picture with the menu. They were not much bigger than chicken nuggets and did not have a crunchy coating like they look like they have in the menu picture. I asked the CSO if I was given nuggets by mistake. She just shruggedand said I got the boneless chicken pieces. I would recommend you don't waste your money on them.

Honestly, I loved this place, but I had order this afternoon and the quality of the order is easily relatable to the hungry jacks at the shopping centre in Morayfield. Either teach your trainees better or higher better ones, cause this was so under cooked and cold by the time it came out, it was like a chicken salad from subway but less fresher.

0 stars if i could - it is always so disappointing. i work in fast food and this certain hungry jacks is absolutely foul each time i order. theres always an issue with the food and it’s literally cold, never fresh. and i always order 2 meals, why is it i order each time i get my meals but only the one drink? maybe put receipts on your bags to keep check on what your missing or needed. i wouldnt bother wasting my money OR time here anymore. i rather drive up another 10 minutes to go to another HJ’s then get from here again. maybe the workers need a new mindset on ‘would i eat it if i brought it?’ because it is absolutely disgusting each time i order. its inedible mind you ill pay extra for the drink with adds on but i wont even get it. maybe get new staff or train them better.

Anything but FAST food. There’s no urgency, even when you’ve been in the waiting bay for quite some time & they’re finally bringing you order out with a snail paste stroll. You’ll be parked even if there’s no one else in the drive through or inside, it will still take a good 10-15 minutes even just for a drink.

This is my advice to you hungry Jacks. When a customer has been waiting for an extremely long time, it would be nice that when the customer comes to pick up the order that you acknowledge that they have been waiting for a long time. How about saying something like thank you so much for waiting or I’m so sorry you had to wait for so long.I came to pick up an order and waited for about five minutes before somebody acknowledged that I was there, and let me know that they were having issues with online orders, so they hadn’t even started making my order. I then had to wait for another 20 minutes. I then saw the order sitting there for three minutes before I went up to the counter and asked how long it was gonna be, and the girl turned looked at the bags of food that were just sitting on the counter and handed me the bag of food without even acknowledging that I was waiting for a long time or apologising to me. I had been in the store for about 25 minutes so I’m sure they would’ve known I was waiting for something.On top of that, they didn’t even include one of the burgers that were meant to be in the order. It wasn’t even that busy there at the time.

I've been eating Hungry Jack's for thirty years and the burger and fries I had at this one were the best I've ever had. The chips had the perfect level of crunch and the burger had just the right amount of sauce.

Absolutely shocking customer service and food.Heading home late due to soccer training so called in to pick up dinner.Got home 15 minutes later to the most over salted chips I’ve ever tasted. Called the store to explain and spoke to a very rude employee who told me to “Just bring them back and we’ll go from there”My husband grabbed what he could back out from the bin put them in the original bag and made his way back to the store. He was told by the store manager that he’d only brought back 2 portions worth of chips so that’s all he was getting as a replacement with attitude and absolutely 0 customer service skills. He was adamant, and requested the 4 portions that had been paid for, replacing, which fell on deaf ears and was told “your not getting anything else”After been stood in the corner for 10 extra minutes the manager put another 2 portions in the bag and gave him my original order without nothing being said.After another 15 minute drive home we finally got to eat: Over an hour after the original visit… no apologies just attitude like I’ve never experienced.I seriously believe this manager needs further up skilling to deal with situations that don’t involve just serving customers food and drinks.0-10 disgusting.

My wifeOrdered 2 x HJ Double whopper meals medium with bacon cheese etc.. paid $30 total. Both meals 1 pattie, 1 mini peice of bacon .. view actual attached photo.. chips warm. Definately not what she paid for.. time 12.50pm.. 2 stars only for the drinks. Both of us longtime hospitality Managers !! me a hospitality tafe teacher..
