Baby Bunting Mile End

Lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. So we went into the shop for the item. I was so disappointed with the service we received from 2 different sales assistant it was like they couldn't be bothered to help us with some baby shoes.We won't be shopping hear again

Was looking at high chairs and Megan was helping me. She was very informative and showed me some amazing features on the high chair that she recommended. Thank you Megan for making my shopping experience so comfortable and easy. Will be back to visit soon.

Totally helpful and knowledgeable staff (in particular Ashlee & Sarah) with no hard sales approach. Great range of products

Went to buy a bassinet today and a lady called Mariette was acting like she’s doing me a favour when I asked her a question. First she sighed and rolled her eyes saying oh my God, then asked if I didn’t see anyone at the front desk to talk to, I responded by telling her that the man at the front desk was busy attending to customers at checkout, before she replied my question. Then at the check out she asked if I would like to make a donation to premature babies and I said No, she looked at me with disgust and murmured some words which I didn’t hear very well. I left the shop feeling unhappy. Mariette if you don’t want to work better go home and stop passing your negative energy to the customers.

Great range of products, so much variety. But walked out without getting anything due to the poor service from the lady at the car seat section. I don't know if it's because it was a Sunday but she obviously was just there to point and pass the time. After fiddling around with a product I came to see, I decided YouTube would be of more help. Can't imagine what it's like for first time parents coming here.

The staff were excellent in showing us all the different products. We spent over $4000 on the latest and greatest for our impending little arrival.But the shine came off when we had a problem. After waiting nearly 2 months for the $1700 stroller with all the attachments, bells and whistles you can think of to come in, we found it didn’t fold up properly - a faulty clip on the frame. Mark (the store manager) and his team refused to swap over the frame for a new one that works. He wasn’t interested that the stroller they sold us didn’t do what it is supposed to - he wanted us to deal directly with the manufacturer - Uppa Baby. Alternatively we could leave the stroller with them to contact Uppa Baby if we didn’t want to. Wow. Apparently he is exempt from following normal consumer laws and protections. A week long stint in the hospital for our baby, followed by my wife getting ill (and me taking time off to stay with the baby) wasn’t enough justification for Mark as to why we came back now 6 weeks later and not in the first 2 weeks after collecting the stroller.I’d give Mark 0 stars for his customer service.

We spent about an hour and half and dealt with 3 different staff members.We were blown away by the level of engagement and energy from the staff. We told them, we were not ready buy anything yet, simply looking and doing our research.Nope, no difference. They took the time to explain everything, what's good what's bad, all features etc etc. Since we had no knowledge, they made everything so simple and answered everything we asked them.We found the team to be upfront, knowledgeable and very helpful.Well done Baby Bunting. You have a team of Superstars working in your South Road store.Easy 5 stars!!

Unfortunately we have had not just one, but two terrible experiences in this store with the same sales lady. Marietta was extremely rude, did not say hello or offer to help us- just told us to get out the way in one of the isles.As first time parents we have many questions to ask, she did not help us at all instead just sighed and made us feel like she was doing us a favour by helping us.She was rude, unwelcoming, unhelpful, cold and grumpy. Made our experience horrible, so we left and drove 10 minutes down the road to another store where we had a fantastic experience.People like her should not work in the customer service industry, especially a baby store. Very disappointed!

So my friend is expecting her first baby, decided she wanted a more comfortable chair as breastfeeding is a high priority for her.Off to baby bunting and found a nice chair.She is not tall and around 8 months ‘round’ comes to mind.Asks about delivery of said chair and is quoted $150:00 as it’s a huge box and heavy. She is not happy and rang me ‘please can you help, I can’t afford that high delivery cost and they said the box won’t fit in my medium suv!Of course I’m happy to help, I have a van no worries, they said they can help load it.I arrive and a young lady offers to get said ‘huge box’ without a fork-lift or even a trolley.Comes back sliding the box along the floor, declining me help, it’s not heavy, to which I said is there another box? Oh no the chair is packed in pieces in this box.Less than 5 minute drive which my huge van and small box! I rolled the box into the house, pregnant friend asks if it’s the correct box, way to small, that would easy fit in a small suv!But nope correct chair packed into a manageable box.So why did they want to charge $150:00 to deliver, less than 10km away?Just gouging money from expecting parent!Ps the chair is perfect!

I first visited bb mile end in December when I was purchasing a car seat and pram for our little one. We were served by Mary who was so helpful! I think we spent over two hours with her going through prams and car seats and what is best for our lifestyle. Fast forward to June when I got to take my little one to bb to purchase nappies etc, I was so excited to see Mary and she recognised us and once again assisted us. We went back to bb two weeks later and Mary was working again so got to see our little one :) once again she was so helpful and no question was to silly. Thanks bb mile end and Mary.We will always return to this store. I did have to go to gepps cross bb and didn’t receive very good service.
