Rug ‘N Roll were extremely helpful during my process to find a carpet for my living room. They were willing to return and exchange my rug three times for a new custom rug until I found one that I liked. Went in for 1 rug, came out with 6. I’ll butcher the spelling of his name, but the owner could possibly be the nicest person on earth.I couldn’t decide on the rug so he brought over a dozen to my house, moved my furniture, vacuumed under my couch, and was honestly a delight to have in my house. 5 star service!!

Love this place! Great styles, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Mirhat gave me a hand looking at rugs and helping me pick colours and styles that suited with my other furniture. I ended up purchasing one and I am extremely happy with it and the quality is superb!

We got the most amazing Turkish lamp from this place. They were amazing and made one for us in the colours we wanted. So helpful and very accommodating for what we wanted. It was easily accessible for disability scooter and easy to move around in the store. Loved the helpfulness of the staff and the empathy they showed us. Super terrific place and perfectly priced. Will definitely recommend and be shopping there again . Thank you for making it a wonderful experience.

Loved the service from different staff when I have been in. They knew their rugs and stock. I wanted a red rug and they didn’t have any but got photos sent from another store and had it in next day.Fantastic service as I then brought 2. Thank you
