Our online orders often get cancelled with no explanation, sometimes after an hour of waiting. Pretty frustrating as these guys are our local. We'd prefer to give them our business, unfortunately we're going to start going elsewhere.

Yesterday I was looking forward to Your ‘famous’ Reuben, hadn’t had one for a while. It was horrible! Tough fatty meat, hardly any dressing no sauerkraut. VERY disappointed that I wasted $16!!!! I won’t go back and no one else should buy one either!

One of the best coffee shops I’ve been to in the Newcastle area! Leela and yeeyan brought a smile to my face with their humorous chat and comments as I entered the store, while store manager tayo made the most beautiful oat lattes ive ever come across

We have been going to Sherwood Kotara on and off as they are very sporadic in the success of delivering our order. We often get no apology if our order is 5 or 10 minutes late even after ordering on the app and waiting the designated 15 minutes. The women who often works on the weekend is rude, doesn't say hello and does not give you that friendly local coffee shop feel. I often order a cappuccino which is more like a flat white with a bit of chocolate on top and the food seems like there is zero care in preparing it. We have tried to be understanding due to ordering at busy times, but will now be taking our buisness elsewhere due to these constant disapointing and unwelcoming experiences.
