The Good Guys Bendigo

Terrible experience with this store. Placed a web order for a washing machine that was showing as ‘in stock’, which meant delivery should have been available within 3 days. Paid in full but never received confirmation of the order. Waited a month for someone to contact me regarding delivery - never heard from them! Tried sending queries through website - no response! (I’ve been waiting 9 business days for a reply!) called and called but could never get hold of anyone, despite waiting on hold for hours! Finally spoke to someone who had no reasonable explanation for any of this but quickly agreed to give me a refund, but then didn’t process the refund!! Called back and told them to do it again, explained the experience I have had and was given the most pathetic, disingenuous apology…. the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. Incompetence all the way and I’m back to square one finding a new washing machine. Certainly won’t be buying one from the Good Guys, or anything else for that matter. Zero stars.

Great Customer ServiceWent to The good Guys today and was served by Blake.We purchased a Pressure cooker. Blake gave great customer service answered all of our questions and advised he had the same pressure cooker at home. and its ease in use --- Had been to Reillys and they only had one brand - rang harvey norman who didnt have any. At Reillys and Harvey Norman the level of customer service was poor. We havent tried same as yet but look forward to see if it lives up to blakes recommendations.

Short on staff to assist, definitely don't take a 4 year old & 1 year old with you as all 3 will run out of patience before customer service is received.Once you get someone's attention they are quite helpful, but bring your patience not your children would be my advice.Will probably choose online shopping next time.

the good guys (not particularly the bendigo store)offer probably the worst customer service i have ever had or witnessed. I purchased a product that unfortunately was damaged in transit , trying to get a replacement or refund was impossible . never respond to emails or phone calls, rude at best to speak to when you actually can get through, make promises they never keep and months later i still have a faulty product and no refund.

This a specific review for the staff member Ruby.Following up on calls ensuring a issue was handled to its full extent. Absolute asset handling issues caused by other good guys stores.

Absolutely disgusted in what passes as customer service now. I in no way think the customer is always right, I work in retail and understand. My partner and I went into The good guys Bendigo to purchase a new Apple watch. We were greeted with someone who clearly did not want to be there. That's fine. People have bad days. When we asked about the product we were interested in, we were met with rude snarky replies. Would not recommend.

The staff were amazing particularly Liz who went out of her way to help when purchasing a dishwasher. The staff know their products well and are extremely helpful. Highly recommend the good guys.

Ruby has provided us an exceptional customer service. Fridges was delivered on time despite having some internal logistic issues.Thank you guys, you made our day.

The whole world is short staffed at the moment and this was also the case here when I popped into The Good Guys on Williamson St in Bendigo. I was to learn later that they only had three sales people on when I was in the store. I was looking for a printer that was compatible with my Mac. I found all the printers in the IT section of the store and decided the best thing to do, since I was on my own, was to look at the printers I thought would best suit my needs and Google the specifications and reviews to make sure I was on the right track. I narrowed my selection down to a couple, made a decision and took the new printer down the customer service counter near the entrance where I met Zharlah (?) I explained to her the situation and that I thought this printer would do the trick however I was unsure if my Mac had the compatible version software. Zharlah put me at ease and explained if I kept my receipt all would be well if it wasn’t compatible. Zharlah had an easy-going and friendly manner, which I appreciated. I really like to buy local when I can. When I got the printer home it was easy to setup and is working beautifully and on WiFi, which my old printer couldn’t do.
