Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service
After the shock death of my father very recently I posted a thank you card to the nurses in the Hornsby Centre advising them of his death. The address here on the site is still listed as being 26 Pulbrook Parade Hornsby....when speaking with those at the centre by phone I was advised that this is not in fact the current address. My card was never received and I regret that the nurses therefore did not know of his death until they expected to visit him again at home.I thank them sincerely for all their care and consideration during their visits.Please amend the website to display the correct location which is Leyton Lodge""
