In the store for over 10 mins, no other customers, i was not approached by any staff for help, needed 3 pieces of luggage, I bought luggage at Strandbags elsewhere.

I always like the quality and price of Strandbags. In particular their sale items are value for money. Guess purse on specials are good buy too. I have been to more than 6 different strandbag stores and luckily all the staff were helpful and good. Also I always get purse to gift from here.

Zero stars for the rudeness of the staff member Tiffany! Absolutely rude and 0 customer service ethics.They also assessed my suitcase that got a slit on the side because of the poor stitching and she said it’s not covered in warranty! Had to call customer service to get it right and cover it under warranty coz clearly it is.

Snubbed by the two staff members so walked out. They were too busy talking this is the third time it’s happened to me I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Purchased a Nere suitcase. Didn't last 3 trips.Staff were incredibly rude - wouldn't listen and kept cutting me off. They were blaming the airline. Only thing...no airline was involved. They reluctantly replaced the bag and gave me a refund of the new value of the cases as they had dropped significantly. One trip later the new exchanged case has broken. Cant be bothered taking it back as they were just so rude. These Nere suitcases are not fit for purpose. Very poorly designed.I only wonder why the cases have had a significant price drop....

I had been to strandbags Roushill and one staff was very rude. Was least interested to talk or answer our queries. And looking at her behaviour we felt discriminated. Never expected such behaviour. She even scolded my kid. Extremely rude staff
