Ordered an external DVD drive Saturday afternoon and they got it in and ready for collection early Sunday morning and all at a good price.Well done and I'm very happy.

Been shopping here since I was in high school now in my 30's, always had awesome service and their prices are generally better than most without having to put stuff on special. Only recently have I ordered stuff to be delivered rather than collecting and the turn around that I've experienced on the basic shipping option not even paying for express has been extremely fast! I get stuff quicker from these guys with normal freight than I do paying PC Case Gear for express shipping. Will always purchase from here if the option is available for the part I am after.

Umart Eight Mile Plains - 22/02/2023My partner and I shopped around a lot for a computer part we needed and Umart had the cheapest price, but also the fastest way to get the item (1-2 hours for collection).We paid online for click and collect last night, and got an email at 10 am today saying we could come collect.We went in store to collect which was fast and super easy. Asked for some help from the blonde gentleman serving us (Adam or Allan?) and he was very accommodating and generous with his time! He needed some help, as he was serving other customers, and Josh was enthusiastically eager to help out which was really nice. Even the third employee (Adam or Allan, sorry unsure who was who), gave some support.Thanks to all three of you, Josh, Adam and Allan for being such a lovely group and providing us with a great customer experience.

Love this shop. Always great value, stock is ready quickly, and they are always friendly and helpful. Walking into the shop kind of feels like you are walking inside a giant computer, and it puts you in the mood to build some awesome new kit!

Umart is the only company I go to for my computer needs but the 8 mile plains store is my favorite by far, I have got my gaming laptop and even when I wanted to upgrade to a gaming PC I had heaps of places trying to up sale me on parts I just not needed but these guys told me what I needed and didn'tover kill it! I will be back to spend more money here!

Not really keen on the online only" business model where you have to order 1-2 hours in advance

Been shopping at Umart on and off for 20 years now. Efficient, good prices, and I've never had any problems with them at all.
