Australia Post - Seacliff Park LPO

Made a phone call about sending a Return to CATCH. The lady was very helpful. Hope I got it right.

I think these folks do a great job considering the amount of parcels that go through that office. Not to mention all the ignorant, cranky and sometimes just plain rude customers I’ve stood behind.Yes; it’s a small P.O. but the ladies there always greet me with a smile - what more can you ask for? Rock on and ignore the haters!

My housemate picked up my parcel that I had been waiting for and was extremely excited for - signed it off so he was able to pick it up for me, had my name clearly listed and they gave me the wrong parcel. They mixed up the name 'Nina' and 'Keith', different last names and obviously different addresses too. So I dropped Keith's parcel off to him and now I need to wait two extra days to get my parcel as I'm working through their opening hours.Pretty disappointed, it's not a huge deal but it is an inconvenience that I now have to take time out of my day that was planned, to pick up the parcel when it could have been avoided if they didn't stuff up in the first place.Slow service however nice people - possibly just need to pay more attention to what they're doing.

My missed packages either go here or the one at nearby Westfield Marion. No idea why it differs. This one unfortunately doesnt keep the same opening times as regular Aus Post offices making it difficult to pick up packages when they decide to have a longer xmas break than usual.

Incompetent & slow. Avoid going here unless you have to pick up a parcel.Brighton & Marion Westfield much more professional and efficient.

On the phone for half an hour. Didn't give any attention people were waiting.
