great service ,nice people ,bought a outbiard ,had a few hiccups fitting to my boat and tuning in ,they said bring it down we will have a look,few hours later ,perfect !! runs like a swiss watch .very helpful and did it free of charge .thanks guys

I was told they don't sell parts, only outboards. Name seems a little incorrect. 1 extra star because they did send me to somebody who had my impeller.

Purchased a outboard from them with them fitting it also. Motor installation was neat and tidy. They seatrialed and on pickup , started motor and demonstrated motor functions. About 5 days later I also received an email from the warranty company saying product was registered for warranty.

Just chasing a Keyway & few other pieces for an old out board motor I’m working on. I went to 3 different outboard wreckers none of them could be bothered to even have a look. I bought a reconditioned outboard from Outboard Parts Australia. It was great value and Andy and his team put every effort into having it ready for me on time.Unfortunately it developed a small intermittent problem which was very hard to isolate. I had a couple of local mechanics look at it but without success so I expected it was going to cost me dearly because the purchase invoice made it quite clear there was no warranty.I asked Andy if there was anything he could do about it and even though it was the first working day after New year and he was flat out with boats to service, he said to bring it down and he'd see what he could do.He brought in the experts on computer controlled engines and it ended up taking most of a day to track down the problem, but they found it eventually - a faulty magnet in the flywheel.I was quite prepared to pay for the work and parts, especially as they did it instantly for me, but Andy wouldn't hear of it, he said he just wanted it to be right for me, and it shouldn't have been like that. What a nice guy, thank you very much for everything Andy!These guys are legends and I'll certainly be back for my next engine when the time comes, I can't recommend them more highly, and I'm so-o-o-o happy with the engine now, it's a beauty!By the way - I have nothing to do with the OPA people or business, the first time I ever heard of them was when I was looking for an engine last year. I bought a used Johnson 200hp outboard motor off these fellas just over 12 months ago and motor was fitted and tested on the boat before pick up , Haven’t had any problems since the motor was fitted and I take it out regularly . Highly recommend this business !

The Yamaha outboard I wanted I found at OPA after assurances from them the motor was in good condition I proceeded to purchase and arrange transport to Rockingham Western Australia. the motor arrived securely packed and within ten days and, after fitting has performed well. Cannot speak highly enough of the service and communication throughout from this company.
