These people sold me a transfer case for a Prado which had obviously been worked on and would not stay in gear. When I drove back to the shop they refused to discuss a refund and threaten me.

Don't understand the negative reviews on here. Sam and Abdul were both really helpful. Our Beamer needed multiple panels replaced as they had been scratched and dented due to wear and tear, and Sam was really patient in talking to us and answering our questions despite how busy they were. Our initial plan was to get someone else to install the panels, but they went above and beyond and told us that they could help us with that for a fair price. Initially was told the car would be ready three days later. Got a call that the car was ready one day early. Came in to pick it up and the car looked as good as new. Sam walked us through everything and made sure we were happy with what they'd done. Thank you to Abdul and team for the great work and going above and beyond. Can't recommend these guys enough. Six stars.

They want twice the price for parts then what you can get brand new posted to your house from Sydney.... Not to mention there parts are most likely flood affected
