Extremely disappointed by the lack of care, compassion and customer service from the british woman who works here - extremely abrupt and rude and showing complete lack of empathy in my situation to return the faulty tights to the store that I’ve been holding onto torn since November last year. As a consumer you pay an absolute fortune for Lululemon (and have for 10 years) due to previous good experiences in the quality and customer service, and the one time my tights have a tear in the seam AND are less than a year old and they will not allow me to return them because they look “worn” - sorry but of course they are worn that’s the whole purpose and I don’t believe it to be correct for someone to tell you “how worn” they are, when you the consumer are the one who knows how much you’ve worn them. They are a poorly manufactured batch because I have bought the same align tight multiple times (jogger, tight and shorts) before and have worn for years with no issues whatsoever. So disappointing customer service these days.

Store doesn't pick up a phone. Whats the point of having a phone then??? Shocking

Awesome service. A pair of pants I had ended up getting a hole in them and they replaced with no extra charge.

I had an amazing experience at Lululemon Karrinyup today and just had to give them a shoutout for their incredible service.The lady who helped me with the Groove leggings was a total gem and super sweet. She helped pin them just right to make them the perfect length for me.The lady at the counter was also really sweet and made the whole checkout process a breeze.Plus, can we talk about the free hemming? It's awesome that they offer that service for free! I'm seriously impressed.Big thanks to the amazing staff for making my day. I'll be back for sure!

They returned my item and got me a bigger size as I was given the wrong size for Xmas. Good customer service

I came in to purchase a few pairs of shorts, and the lady knew exactly what I was after and went above and beyond to pick out a selection for me. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about what I was after.The store layout is fantastic, too!Yeah, this brand is expensive, but at the end of the day, it is quality training gear and you get whst you pay for.I'll be back soon, thank you!
